Thank you, using this link I just got approved for the delta and PRG both with 50k for 1k spend. I used incognito on Firefox.

Open in incognito and click if you get 50k offer click view all cards. There's no special link for these offers, you just have to convince the system that you're a new customer that never visited amex before.
