btw, it only happens the first time when i click the unread posts per visit. once i'm on DDF (and i've clicked it already) then the next time i click it, i see all the unread posts since the last time i clicked it.

similar by me - if i log on to DDF straight from the URL (if i type in dansdeals.com/foums) then many times all the unread posts are gone. so what i do is, i go to one of the emails that it sends me from a reply to a topic i posted in (usually i get a bunch a day) and i click "view the reply at: ........." and when i press that - all the unreads are there

This is not a fix but when it happens to me if I click on all unread topics as opposed to unread posts since last visit the topics will show up

i haven't had an issue with unread topics, only with unread posts.

Does it happen even when you haven't accessed DDF from a different device/browser in between? IME that's the only time it happens.

yes. i was using DDF earlier today, and now i just went back on the same device and it happened again. and btw clearing cookies did not help.

Can someone help me?

For some reason I've been having issues recently that I haven't been getting any email notifications for threads that I follow, and PM's. Everything was working fine until a few days ago when I 'Unnotified' a few threads (MAyb im being punished for not following those threads anymore

). Since then I don't get any emails even for threads that I select notify and or post in. Any idea why? Also I don't get emails for PM's anymore since then.

I just realized - in an attempt to organize my inbox, I setup that dansedeals emails go straight to a Dans Deals folder. ( I totally forgot that I did it!) Problem is that they skip my inbox so I never noticed the new email. Cancelled that, and now it's all better!!

I dunno if this is the right place for this. Mods, feel free to move this post if necessary.

Lately I've been getting a lot of '400 - Bad Request' errors, anyone else getting this as well? I get it almost every time I post.

I haven't been getting it, but the forum has been terribly slow on my end during the last 2 hours or so. Seems to be back to normal now.

I'm sure there are widget-like things that allow this (e.g. here and here), but there's no way to moderate them.

Absolutely. Especially when n00bs PM me about something that can/should be discussed publicly. One of my major DDF peeves.
