Come on, it is not her fault she is web/computer illiterate. Her email is well typed, spelled, cohesive, and polite. I'd respond and find out what she is referring to.

I wouldn't blame you for ignoring her, but you did ask our opinion. I am sure most people don't realize that you are running a business, and that this is not a 'hobby'.

+1 Let's look at this a different way. She's heard about DD or likes what she sees and wants to get emails. Only at the waaaaaaaay bottom of the DD home page is there a whole bunch of words (WITHOUT a title) that need to be read that says what to do for emails. Assuming she did not see that, is it not LOGICAL to email dan@dansdeals.com which is right there, top, up front, staring you in the face?

I propose that if someone were to search for patterns in the categories of Dan's unwanted emails we could eliminate many future ones by making fixes. For example, a big button up near the top right where Dan's email address is that says something like 'CLICK HERE TO GET EMAILS'.

I think it's all pretty simply and clearly put in the right side of the home page - Twitter, Forums, Facebook, Email signup, Dans email (which will not answer any personal emails)
