Chase closing down all my credit card accounts without my knowledge??!!

I know this is 5 years later, but who exactly did you contact?  I'm going through the same thing without notice.  They shut down wife's and my accounts last week.  I was able to transfer out my points, but I'm still working on the ones from last statement.  My main goal is to get it reinstated like yours.  How did you do it?  What did you say/do to have them reinstate???  Please advise.

I had thistle exact situation and got them to reinstate the account, called the number on the back of the card which transferred me to the right department automatically, ps make sure your credit report is clean before they recheck it

3 days ago they put my cards on hold, today i called up and they said that they closed all my accounts because of A. To many requests for credit B. For irregular spending, and the rep told me that he doesn't agree with the decision so he put it in for review to be reinstated.
I did have a fr from amex last year, but i closed them down myself,
could this still be the reason?
And any chance of them reinstating them?
