In that case it should probably be in the deals thread... One of my favorites was a friend of mine who dressed as cloudy with a chance of rain. Basically he had a bright blue shirt with cotton balls glued to it. When some one asked what his costume is, He'd say sunny with a chance of rain, and spray them with a squirt bottle (you can also wear one of those squirting flowers...) It is cute for kids
