i find it easier to just download the image resizer powertoy. when you right click on a pic one of the options is to resize

Lol, no. I saw that last year when I was looking around online. Btw there is a group on Facebook that ppl share their ideas for costumes and mishloach manos called : "purim themes and ideas for shalach manos!"  You could check that out. There are tons of pictures too.
