What CANCEL button must one hit when loading MCGC at WM?

The virtual one on the touchscreen or the big plastic red one on the swipe terminal?

I asked because I was unsuccessful using the virtual cancel button.

Went to FD and loaded $1500 in 3 transactions with no issue.

The same Family Dollar that has told me only $500 in the day.
