Tri-state area getaway

I would like to go away for a night in the tri-state area. I was thinking of Philadelphia but all the four and five star hotels do not have availability. Any suggestions?

Pretty vague. Need minyan? Kosher food? Restaurant? Activities? When? Shabbos? Price range? Currency (cash, points...)???

Kosher food and minyan would be preferred but not necessary.  Don't want to spend more than three hundred for the night. I am not nervous about activities , we don't need much.
