Thanks guys. I don't think I need to explain why I asked him again, but when  it's a shabbos issue you gotta be sure you do the right thing.

Oh why I'm up already? JETLEG!

Wow, great TR! I like the Live style.

But seriously,

Still can't believe you asked your Rov twice though :D

!! Most people would be happy to get a rav to allow you to stay in HI and only keep one day of shabbos (Lubavitch being the exception since they already hold this).

Also what's your first language? Would you be more comfortable writing in that one (not that your English writing is that bad)?

Day Two.

Monday we got up really early due to jetlag, about 5AM we were ready to explore the world.
I davend Shacris on my porch which is right on the beach. Nothing like standing in Talis and Tefilin while you see the actual Netz.  Meanwhile DW went out to the beach to watch it up close.

About 7:15 I called valet to deliver my convertible. Iím not a person tha will pay for valet when there is free parking available, but they offered it free for the first night. They asked me if I would like anything to drink, I asked for two cold bottles of water.

The first thing on our list was the BH tour. They way over we took the tunnels road (which I have some good video of, I just have to figure out how to remove the audio part.), somehow I liked the tunnels more at night.

We arrived to BH about 15minutes early, had a complimentary coffee, and bought a dark t-shirt so I donít reflect on the pics.
You are not allowed to wear any hats, but they allowed my headgear with the cube on it. Got some awesome video, but not that I can share.

The tour was amazing!!! You get to know the island and understand it, the view is breathtaking, and you donít want it to be over. Weather was great and there were not many clouds, so we could see everything. You can speak to the pilot and ask questions, the answers were very knowledgeable. There are four cameras on the chopper ,three outside and one inside, you can buy the video after the ride is over (we didnít buy it).

After that we went to Wal-Mart to stock up on food, water, snorkel gear, water shoes, and liquor. We had planned to go Sunday night, but since we arrived 4 hours late, we went the next day.
Then we went to Kamokila Hawaiian Village where we wanted to rent kayaks to paddle to the Secret Falls hike. However when we got there, they were out of kayaks for an hour or two or three, they didnít know.
So we went to Ali Kayak Rentals and took a kayak. He gave us a map (that got wet within the first  5 minutes), and there we go. We knew itís about 30-45 minutes from his place to the trail, but I canít confirm that. I guess Iím really not built for this, kayaking is hard! Might be that when you are in a one person boat itís easier, but I was in a two person boat. I got exhausted and stopped at Kamokila Hawaiian Village to rest. After debating it, we decided to go ahead try the first half of the trail, and see how long we can go.
The trail is about 5 minutes from Kamokila Hawaiian Village, so if you rent a kayak there, know that you wonít have a real kayak experience.
The trail is very easy to hike. I saw small kids hiking, it takes about 30 minutes, you cross three times the river, and then you get to paradise!
The place is amazing!!! You can stare and stare the whole day. Itís magical! I went to swim inside, and took a shower. My pics are not the best since my phone dies two minutes after we arrived :(
