Panorama city mall has them theres no sign but the cashier knew about it
Do these load to serve normally? (More than 49.99 at a time) they're issued by sunrise bank

Danbury Mall worked, you can't use the cards on the rack they had a bunch in a drawer.

ETA- I'm not sure how it's limited to $2,500 don't see how it's hard coded.
