I have a flight arriving in FCO 910 AM on AA. I would like to book an LY FCO -TLV departing @1010 am, Is that enough time? (LY only flies at 1010 am from FCO - TLV apparently)
one ticket or two?
The minimum legal connection for that is 1 hour 40 minutes. If you miss your flight, the airline has no responsibility to re-book you. There's an AZ flight at around 11 to TLV, that's a much safer bet.
Not to steal this thread but I had a similar question regarding connections when you book the tickets separately.I am flying JFK-LHR and then want to book LHR-BRU1. Is there anyway to connect the two Tickets so that my luggage can go directly to BRU?2. If not, Is an hour and forty minutes enough to collect luggage and check them back in for my second leg?
Which airlines you flying? If both flights are BA, they can check your luggage all the way through from New York.
Yea both are BA How do I go about doing that?
When you get to JFK, you show the check-in agent both boarding passes / PNR's and ask them to check your luggage all the way to your final destination.
My bad. I just checked the itinerary. I'm flying nyc- lhr with American and lhr-bru with British.Arriving in lhr terminal 3 departing terminal 5.Can they send my luggage till Brussels?
Someone please CMIIW, but I think American will check baggage through as long as the connecting flight is with a oneworld partner, so you should be good.
