Avianca Lifemiles - Issue with pricing?

I have followed Dan's posts but I am a bit confused
All the flights I look at on Avianca are miles plus cash and are at a really high rate. I check domestic and international
Price is showing points plus cash which the cash part is basically the cost of the ticket if you buy it out right...
Am I doing something wrong?

It's similar to saver fares.
It's just not available for miles.
