Verizon LG G4 for $20 profit

I saw a slightly different take on this deal in the comments on slickdeals and just did it. basically you need to buy 4 of those tracphones and then get 1 iphone + lgg4 + 2 $120 phones for very close to free (depends on taxes, etc).

Basically you use the extra $ from the $120 phones and apply it towards the full value of the iPhone and the Lgg4. When you walk out of the store you own all give phones just about free and clear

i dont get it...

each 'cheap' trade in phone will get u $300 in value off a verizon purchase...

and if you do it on the lg g4, you also get a rebate...

how can it be more beneficial to buy a device that you dont get a rebate on?

and if you do it on the lg g4, you also get a rebate...

how can it be more beneficial to buy a device that you dont get a rebate on?

It might  be easier to sell the iPhone, or you get to keep it for free if that was your goal.

no idea if the deal changed, but i got it last week in store without any issue

Because the lg g4 is $452, making it $152 after trade in. If you get a $650 iPhone and 2 $125 phones, you'll be getting $900 off $900, if they let you do that.

Because the lg g4 is $452, making it $152 after trade in. If you get a $650 iPhone and 2 $125 phones, you'll be getting $900 off $900, if they let you do that.

firstly the iphone is not $650, its pretty easily obtainable for cheaper on ebay...

but even with your figures...
the lg does not end up being $152 as there is the mail in rebate for $200...

and secondly, the 2x $150 will prob end up going to waste...

i guess many things are ymmv... but im ny experience (only 1 sales rep, 1x) he was saying how i can use the verizon credit on accessories.. seems like you shold be able to buy anything in the store with it... only thing is, you would have to pay full price on those other devices, not getting any signup benefits..

If your looking to make money the origin way is a lot better, however for those looking for simplicity while still getting a very nice bang for your "buck" they do the alternative way. It's simpler bc you don't owe any money on the phones you walk out of the store free and clear. With the original way you owe $152 on each phone (I know it's covered by the rebate, but some ppl don't want to bother submitting /waiting for them/casting them out)

valid pt, i personally have been boasting iphone for a while (tho im considering changing)...
correct, the deal is $300 off any item in the verizon store...

the reason the deal is going crazy viral is because you net a ~$400 phone for negative $20 (about).... 

and the g4 has the best bang for your buck!
