FAQ
When can I cancel?
If done in store, it seems SD reports rebate will be approved even when cancelled. So immediately.
Online...to insure you run in to no issues it is highly suggested that you wait 14 days before cancelling
How will trade-in be credited?

In-store you can (should) get it applied as a device down payment, bringing down cost of device to $150ish.
Online, you can get it sent to you as VZW gc

How long should it take for my rebate to be approved?
Reports are about a week

My trade-in is coming up as less than 300, what can I do?
Add a G4 (or any smartphone really) to cart and follow through, you will see value jump to $300. This is because the $300 is promotional value of ANY working smartphone. Appraisal value is what they would of given you before promo

You can cancel pretty easily by porting out to T-mobile prepaid (no need to ever use plan)

+1 it only has bands for lte from Verizon,  no lte on any other carriers

There is talk on SD that if you ordered online, when you activate phone you will get text with code for trade-in.
This code can be potentially used online if you checkout as guest, or in-store, for an ecredit of 2nd trade-in!

Ok, so I got some sort of fraud on my account, every time I called I got a different 'reason' eventually I spoke to a supervisor, he told me to send in documents...
I did that, and just called in to 'follow' up, (as per his instructions) and whoever I spoke to, Didn't know why there is or was a hold, told me my documents were approved,
Then she gave me a application number, and told me, she 'pre approved' this app number, and I should use it in store, Anyone else had such experience?
Would I be able to use it more than once?

I tried to cancel my account trough chat and this is the response I got:

"we are only able to cancel your account towards the end of your bill cycle. This means that what I can do for you is to suspend your account without billing so that you will only be charged for up until this day and you will need to call us at 800-922-0204 on 11/25/2015 so we can process the cancellation with you over the phone."

anyone else get that response?

A supervisor has authority to override that.

If you are not able to wait you can port the number out
