FAQ
When can I cancel?
If done in store, it seems SD reports rebate will be approved even when cancelled. So immediately.
Online...to insure you run in to no issues it is highly suggested that you wait 14 days before cancelling
How will trade-in be credited?

In-store you can (should) get it applied as a device down payment, bringing down cost of device to $150ish.
Online, you can get it sent to you as VZW gc

How long should it take for my rebate to be approved?
Reports are about a week

My trade-in is coming up as less than 300, what can I do?
Add a G4 (or any smartphone really) to cart and follow through, you will see value jump to $300. This is because the $300 is promotional value of ANY working smartphone. Appraisal value is what they would of given you before promo

You can cancel pretty easily by porting out to T-mobile prepaid (no need to ever use plan)

You can check their website to find out. Just note, they've changed the language and you now need to keep the line open a certain minimum (not sure) so as not to lose the $300.

Why doesn't my g4 have an update to marshmallow? It was supposed to be out a while ago for Verizon g4. Is it only if I have an active Verizon sim card in or something?
