update i called discover and they said you'll get the bonus and you could transfer it to wherever you want right away

It says the direct deposits need to go through within 90 days is that even after the expiration of this deal? For example if i sign up today can i get the bonuses even though the direct deposits wont be for the next few months?

Certainly. Do you think you won't get bonus points on a credit card if you complete the spend after its too late to sign up? Same thing here.

I actually asked them to confirm that the offer was applied to my account, just because that's it's always good to have the confirmation in writing as proof. This is their response. Significantly (possibly), they said any electronic direct deposit, and didn't specify payroll. (If you want a laugh, look at the SD page about this. It'll help you appreciate DDF.
