Continental just announced on Twitter that it is adding economy plus seating world wide. "currently on United, coming soon on Continental."

Now the way it works is, just like United, all CO elites have access to Economy Plus. CO only gave priority seating to CO Gold and up.
So let's hope it stays with all elites getting E+.
