this might sound dumb but i own on of these and i feel like maybe im not using it correctly
i usually pack it up with frozen things but whenever i unpack whether a long or short trip most things are defrosted
am i supposed to be putting ice packs in there as well?
maybe the one i have isn't ideal for travel ?

I think they say to place the cooler in the freezer wth the food for a day before, and to not leave any unfilled space. i cant even say that it holds for two days
also very hard to pack it tight as its very stiff
