Spoke to them on the phone (logged into my visa checkout account clicked on support and there was a contact number for them along with an access code to send them straight to my account the whole phone call was less than 3 minutes) they asked me a bunch of questions like what time did I apply, was it through them or NFL shop etc. Then they told me their marketing team is trying to sift through how many people were really eligible but didn't get it and how they should be compensated. They said they should have it resolved by the end of the week. So I think there is definitely hope we will still get the ones we didn't receive yet. I know the only one I didn't get was the first one I applied for so "while supplies last" shouldn't be the reason and it should be eligible. Interestingly enough the only one I didn't receive was the only old account I applied with did anyone else have that?
