What to do with my Amex Membership Rewards points?

So I got accepted about a year ago to the amex platinum business 100k/10k, and soon the annual fee ($450) will be posting, which im not interested on paying...

what are my options not to lose the points?

I know I can transfer to airlines (which im also not interested as if now), but are there any other card besides the amex gold that I can open or downgrade to and keep the points and the same benefits (transfering to airlines etc)?

I appreciate the help!

open Amex Everyday (free version), transfer points from platinum to Everyday and close platinum. Use points as desired.

Don't open a new thread, this has been addressed a million times, and there are threads for credit card questions. When the annual fee posts is irrelevant, it's really a monthly fee. Opening an everyday would be your best bet (actually an everyday preferred with 30k signup bonus would be the best, even with the $95 AF).

Is the AF prorated in the second year also? If I close after 6 months do I get half back?
