Not sure what potential you see in it. It says you can only load with debit cards (not credit cards), and that GCs don't work...

The same way certain GC's work with other services like this. You need to try ever BIN possible. Believe it or not he actually holds back some information.

True, but first one just didn't load
Only thing that worked was actual debit card

Correct and some issuers have many different BIN's for GC so you have to try them all.
