It didn't cost me anything (not even points). A pity it should go to waste. Not sure how it would work but if anyone wants a free night, pm me and I can give you booking info

Meh. Why not. I hope someone actually can use it. I isn't put my husbands name on the reservation so maybe that will help...

I am on tapatalk so can't look up link, but IIRC, Dan gave away a room -- maybe as a prize to a reader?--and the person ran up the mini bar tab. Maybe Dan can refresh details?

Everything is prepaid already. How will that work if they charge anything to the room? Don't they have to give their own cc at check in?

I believe the night Dan gave away, was another night on his own ressy, so the guy didn't check in,it was all on Dan's cc.

This is true. When I made a reservation, the credit card was taken upon arrival.

It's the same thing as when people sell their award nights.... You'll just add them as a guest and they will check in with their CC
