FYI, if you add the offer to a card, that offer will not be found in that account, but if you remove the card from the online account, you can get the others back,
This I'm referring to non targeted offers,
I don't know about targeted offers

And what if you remove the others (that didn't get the offer), and put them in a new account? Does that work too?

My point was after I already saved the offer to card A, can I remove card B from that login and create a new login and get the offer for card B. I'm not sure if that point was addresses (I read the Q&A, but I can't honestly say I studied them
