The best number to call would be the online support team, they have 2 numbers that I know: 800-297-7500 & 800-297-1234.

I called the number on the back of the card,
None of them knew what I was talking about either.
Give them time let them check it up.
Then explain that your spouse etc. got the offer.
Then ask/try to be offered a statement.
Then Huca...

Thanks to all who answered. I actually tried 800-297-7500 (among others), and it went nowhere. At this point, I'm taking Tzifanya54's advice to leave it alone. We'll see closer to the end of the month if it's necessary to call. It's always better to have less eyes looking at our accounts...

I got 10 off 10 for 2 of my cards.  Then I got an email that I have 10 off 10 on a card that has a similar ending as one of the first cards. ex: The email said I have 10 off 10 on a card ending 2006 and the original card ends 2009. When I log in the offer is only on the 2009. Any ideas on how I can make them give me the same deal on the 2006 as the offer in their email says?
