Not really they are a chain as they have more than 1 store.

I made a purchase at a business before they were on the map, now that they are, I had a quick online chat and they said they would add the credit

Does it say somewhere that more than one location makes it not a small biz? I have used it successfully at 4 Corners in 08701 even though they have 3 stores??

There are official rules. 2-3 small stores would still qualify. It also goes by number of employees IIRC

I'm sure they are. These are legitimate full size  grocery stores.

NPGS (James St) in Lakewood is not registered and will not qualify. I called and got it done manually "as a one time courtesy..." Apparently, they need to register every year...
ETA: The # to call is 800-297-7500 (online services).

The good thing about this is that even after they credit it manually, you can still use the offer at a small business that is on the map. At least that's what the rep told me. We'll see..

Why not? I called within hours and they took care of it. But be prepared to HUCA. Every rep says s/t else. If it wouldn't be so frustrating, it would be hilarious...
