I spent the $ at a store which was on the small business map.
The charge posted on nov. 10th but still no credit.
Should I give it more time, or should I spend the $ again at a diff. store, just to be safe.

Called Amex, and rep. claimed the store was eligible this year, even though I didn't get the congrats email after spending the money.
He said It can take up to 90 days.
Is this a case of DROPR, or can it actually take that long ?

I just called the number above and rep was very helpful. Manually credited my account right away.

Between 5 accounts, I enrolled over 100 cards. spend 100 get 20. I wont be using most of them. Anyone interested in using them? (obviously for merchants that would KEY IN the card info). PM me for info

Thanks. I called, and the rep. said they needed all the sec. codes to manually issue the credits. Got his ext. and hopefully he'll do it.

This is your fault, I would hang up after 5 minutes, and call again, (and I always got the credit in the end)
