Didn't read through this whole thread but any rhyme or reason to which primary cards are getting 10 off 10 and which aren't? Maybe when it was opened? My old blue sky has it, but not my ed from July.

Was for me until I tried the link for personal cards above, only worked for primary of course.

One of the primary consumer cards that I did not get the offer on has been opened for over 20 years. I tried all of Dan's suggestions and still could not get the offer.  It was suggested that I call Amex and see if I can get a $10 credit put on my account. That was a no go as well.

Interesting that the 1 card I can't get the offer on is a biz au with its own login. I tried the links with the old & new interface. All my cards that have shared logins all had the offers.

Do the emails "Congrats! You used your Amex offer" matter? I spent $10 on each card yesterday (at a qualifying business, on the map) and didn't get any emails. Today I spent $26 on one of them and immediately got the email for that card.

Email shouldn't matter.

Every year people worried when they didn't get the emails. IINM everybody got their credits.

Shop small in November just showed up on 4 of my cards today, so just keep on looking out for it.
