Lol! I charged it in Kosher West on Nov 11th on a bunch of cards (Which I saved the offer on) and didn't receive any credits back!

1) What book store in Brooklyn is cheaper, Torah Treasures or Eichlers?
2) Are there any other Judaicas cheaper than those in brooklyn who give credit?
3) Are there any Grocery stores in Brooklyn that give credit?

I live in Israel, so it's harder to do the research..

Most of them were registered last year. I'm not sure how many even bothered this year. If they're on the map & you don't get the credit contact amex.

Also wanted to know where I'd get more value for swiping with them... Which Judaica have good prices..?

They won't. As I wrote above:
NPGS (James St) in Lakewood is not registered and will not qualify. I called and got it done manually "as a one time courtesy..." Apparently, they need to register every year...
The # to call is 800-297-7500 (online services).
The good news is you can double dip; the Shop Small credit is still available for you.
