I received the email with the code the first time they did it (11/01) but now when I open the email the code is not there only a link to open in browser which just takes me to the visa checkout website but no reference to the code is there anyway to recover the code

the new code they sent me 2 weeks later also didnt work. I emailed them, they said they are investigating. But I am not hopeful.

After ordering I get an email that my order it's cancelled as they were not able to verify.... Which is the default cancellation email
