Is it possible that you also went out of the coverage area during your ride? I don't see how they can not credit you of it was totally in the five boroughs. Says nothing in the terms about that
Unfortunately, the destination location for this recent trip is just outside of the east-side (Bayswater Park) designated boundary.

They claim there is no limits in the five boroughs, and for some reason it got picked up by the system as not located in the 5 boroughs when it actually was
Any data points on getting dropped off in NJ ("stopover") and ending ride somewhere in the city? I plan on trying this out this week and I wonder if I will be the first one...
