It means 2-300 points

I don't think many people are sending in 94 submissions. Even though this hit the blogosphere, the vast majority of the submissions will still be through stays IMO. If 500 people send 50 submissions, that's still only 25k submissions. And I doubt 500 people will be taking advantage of this to that extent.
