I played the games but haven't received the points to my account. After playing the game the website said something about referring to my email to claim the points but I haven't received any further emails from them and the initial email didn't say anything.

No, there was a DDMS comment. And nothing against it in the rules in the first place.

re printing the envelope,
The terms only say to hand print the info, not the envelope.

"hand print your full name, ......... and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “IHG and MasterCard® Priceless .."
