Bringing this thread back on topic with a few relevant questions:

1) Are these points elite-qualifying?  How has IHG acted in past drawings like this one?

2) If I'm a US citizen with US phone, address and US Mastercard but residing in Israel, can I still send my entries from here?  My IHG is registered to US.

IHG promotion says 3 x 5 paper, victorias secret says 4 x 6 paper. Not sure it really matters but...
