I mailed 94 submissions in early December.
A bunch of game plays arrived in January, and then a few more in early February, for a total of 60 so far.
My "winnings" to date:

Was missing 18 emails on my account and 16 from my wife's account. I emailed helloworld last wk and got a response that they only have 76 entries on file for me and there is nothing they can do at this time. I decided to call IHG today and told them I'm missing emails on my account and my wife's account. Rep was nice and said he would have priceless surprises make sure to get all our entries.
Just logged into my email and the remaining 18 have now arrived... Still waiting for my wife's remaining entries

I sent out the envelopes on Feb 13th and I have not received any emails. We have now passed the deadline for the gameplays.
Any suggestions?

I think it happened to me for a dozen of them that I sent out Feb. 10.  I notified them via email a few days ago, and they sent me 13 gameplays.  Btw, IIRC deadline is tomorrow, the 15th.

If yes, that is much different to the OP's situation and cannot be compared.

No.  They were the last bunch that I sent out.  However, I wrote "I think" because it is still possible that those dozen were received, and it were the earlier ones that got messed up.
