your right...im gona delete my post...i think im losing my mind...I just reread the thread and was wrong - think I attributed to dans original post comments where people were saying they only received a reply for one or two. Albeit, it was two days after they ent it.

No you can email them to inquire about the status of an entry that you mailed in.

I hope at this point they regret this "handwritten rule". It very well might have been more economical to have them readable by computer rather than wasting employee time.

Doubt it - it probably would've cost them a lot more the other way.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I mailed in 60 entries in 2 batches of 30 and I got 1 email. All were handwritten post cards with printed addresses.
