i am getting the same message
is this the same screen everyone gets when they press the link?

That's what I've gotten every other time, but every other time pushed play, then I selected one of the floors and I got a prize. Now when I select a floor it gives me that message.

As you are certainly aware, comments on DDMS have less credibility than here.  That particular commenter claims he lost 20 times?! When the odds of winning are 1:1.18? Statistically speaking, that's insanely unlikely.  Either he didn't notice or their was a flaw in their system, the latter of which would certainly be cause for a complaint to CS.

If what I'm seeing is in fact "losing" I've lost 5 times in a row today, I'm afraid to keep playing now. I don't want to waste them.

i got the message on 2 emails. i thought every play automatically wins is that not true? i just emailed cs for clarification

I sent out 5 total.  I've definitely gotten at least 10 entries via email now... They come in periodically in groups of 1-3... I don't know why I keep getting them.  FWIW, I've only won 500 thus far.
