Is it once per visa checkout account? Spouse and I each have 2'freedoms. I did 1 each with each of our VC accounts. Do I need to create another visa checkout account or can I use the same ones?

Once per Checkout account.

So this is not tied to 1 freedom per Chase login, correct? As long as I create a VC account for each card I get the $15 off. Yes?

Yes. I got on both my freedom cards, with each one attached to a different visa checkout amount.

I went to dd and to buy a dd gc and an egift gc and visa checkout was not an option, is it only if you previously had a card and now want to reload that visa checkout is an option?
