Can airbnb gift cards be stacked in one reservation? That would make the recent amex offer quite lucrative...

Also, are they able to be sold? Or attached to the account you send them to?

Seems very clear on their website that all cards added to your account will apply to a reservation

I spoke with AirBnb if you go to airbnb.com/gift and click the redeem button you can add as many codes as you want to your account but make sure to buy the gift cards out of a account that you wont be using to book

the purchaser cant use the Gift card they sent to someone else

Interesting, I just called them and they said only one can be used per reservation. DROPR?

they told me that as well but thats only when your making a reservation

but if you use the method i stated it works

Everyone is just guessing at this point:

Yea, I guess. Since its available for AU's too, I'm guessing most people here have enough for personal use. Go right ahead though, maybe they will buy it.

So i just bought 3 gift cards and i accepted them to my account and they all applied

they give a code you can use to apply it to any account

You need to accept your gift by February 02, 2016, or it will be returned to the sender. Once you’ve added the credit to your Airbnb account, it will not expire. The credit will automatically be applied when you book your next trip.
To manually add this gift to your Airbnb account, visit the Payment Methods section of your Account settings and enter the code
