Looking for some advice. Booked a property using $3,700 in Airbnb credit and a day after the booking got an email cancelling it becasue the transaction did not appear to be legitimate (on my end). I cannot get in touch with anyone that can help (called 415-800-5959) and was told they needed to email the other department and they will get in touch with me.

Any suggestions or other numbers/people to contact?

What happened in the end?

also over how many days did you load the airbnb credit?

They refunded the cards used to send GC's. Loaded over 24 hour period from different accounts.

Will the credits definitely post automatically?
I've HUCA'd several times and they keep telling me it will post automatically.
(Bought the GC's on DEC 22nd)

I bought 3 gift cards. On 2 of them i checked my amex offers and it didn't show the airbnb added. Messaged them and they gave me the credit on all 3. 2 of them came up as airbnb san fransisco.
And the one which was added to the offers showed redeemed
