I am thinking about selling some real estate on EBAY

questions:

1) what is their fee?

They make it REALLY hard. If you're not licensed it's not even worth trying

You can sell real estate on ebay?
Can you sell a springing executory interest?

I was looking at the real estate section there.
Seems to me you would be crazy to buy or sell there without a lawyer. Especially buy.
Real estate transactions are not simple.

are you selling with a general warranty deed, special warranty deed, or quitclaim deed?
did you list all the encumbrances?

sold a very heavy object on ebay (over 100lbs) - I offered either local pickup or delivery based on location.
Buyer is in florida, and asked me to ship it to him using his fedex account (all I need to do is srop it off at fedex office) - was wondering if there is anything I need to look out for, to make sure I don't mess up here (buyer is a has over 10k %100 ratings on ebay)
