Just worked for me. Or at least I think so, I tried the first time and clicked 'continue' to receive code, it loaded a few seconds and took me back to the start page. I then tried again (as I wasn't sure if it went through) and I got a message saying that I already registered for a code and will receive it within 4 bussines days.
