(There have been 2 or 3 extremely rare and unique cases in history where the marriage never was in effect due to some errors. But nothing that applies today)

Very simple and straight just as I wrote. My friend figured she would go to Rabbi Riskin. He called Rabbi Riskin and told him not to even think of getting him involved in this fiasco as he had 2 children with his ex.

Bottom line I stand by my statement that this fiasco has ruined the sanctity of a halachic marriage.
