The letter is from R Shalom Kamenetzke.
It states that as his father has already written, they accept the pesak of R D Feinsteins beis din that the "Bitul Kidushing has no validity at all"

And that he has conveyed this message to the related parties and hopes they will listen.

Any word as to why R Dovid Feinstein said that the Bitel Kidushin had no validity? Has R' Greenblatt withdrawn his pasak or is he going to stand alone? Was there a procedural error or as was being claimed all along that the entire "Bitul" was based on sheker? This letter from R Shalom Kaminetsky just leaves more unanswered questions about what his role as well as his fathers role in this mess. It seems admitting a mistake and apologizing is only for the common folk.
