I don't think he photoshopped but I find it telling that he only has the fake one up right now, calling it the "updated" version.
I think it's clear that it's a fake and not an updated version.

That would be ridiculous and certain to backfire. Also, it would be much easier to do a better job that this amateur crude one. They would just need to retype it.

Confirm that version 2 is fake. Was not what the signatories signed on. (And its a bizayon for R Shmuel).
