I didn't read it so can't comment on the contents.  But I'm referring specifically to the "huge invasion of her privacy concerns."

You responded without a addressing that point and providing an explanation for usefulness of the diary. that may not be outwardly justifying but you were very passively accepting it.  With all your usual outrage regarding the travesties our gedolim are committing and the need to make a mocha I would assume you would protest this as well

It was part of official court records which are public (according to the website). If she is going to publicly claim that he is crazy he should be able to defend himself in the same manor. What's good for the goose is good for the gander

What does it say to indicate sovra vikibla and when was it written? I didn't go to see it.
