Agreed. Though chase may not see it that way.
They might not like my 50 cent Amazon reloads, but this NYS tax thing has a real explainable benefit other than the per swipe bonus. It is literally saving money on the service fee reducing it from 2.25% to 1.8%
So I though I'd post this now that transactions have posted. (sorry about lack of formatting). So while I can no longer do this, as it seems like I was only able to do this on an outstanding "notice", even while overpaying the amount owed on the notice, the result is a net cost of $0.00094 cpm (that's less than 1/10th of a cent per UR point - now if only I would really abuse this, I would be traveling on United Business standard awards
). Interestingly enough, I notice that the service fee is coming across from CA (that's Wells Fargo charging the fee).
