BankAmericard With 2.625% Cash Back
« on: November 10, 2015, 12:51:04 PM »
I am interested in this card. A few questions:

1. My credit is locked. Which bureau is the mostly likely used (so I don't have to unlock all 3)

2. Must I have a Bank of America checking account if I have a Merrill Edge account with over $200,000? Can the rewards bucks just go there?

3. My Merrill Edge account is a Revocable Living Trust account, but with my personal social security number. Will that link OK to get the bonus rewards or will they say "it's a trust, not you"?

1. BOA pulls EX by default, but if you have it locked, you can call and get them to pull the bureau of your choice.

Why is it important that we know that amount of money in your brokerage account? What would that have to do with anything?

Because the Privileges Rewards are based on the overall banking relationship.

Yes, Merrill accounts should qualify for the 75% bonus.

You don't need a checking account, because the travel rewards are redeemed against credit card charges.

How about a Mortgage ?

AFAIK, no.  They are referring to assets, not liabilities.
