Elal told me over the phone that they would be giving me a free space seat, but when i look at my seat selection i see that they gave me a regular seat. Can i hold them accountable?

Looking to use Matmid points to book 2 award tickets for kids, and a paid ticket for myself, and it seems like this has to be done via 2 separate bookings.
The site doesn't let you make a booking for kids only, and if you choose "Adult," it requires a DOB year that would be for someone 12yo+.

End of world to fudge the DOB year, or will we be denied/scrutinized?

But if you're dealing with a flight from London, you may save a lot on taxes if you do a child DOB.

No. It's on a space available basis, with confirmation only at time of boarding.

I'm happy to see they extended the use of Extras through September 2022, as it was originally scheduled to end in March

They no longer issue physical card.
On LY tickets you're Matmid will automatically pull up your status.

If you're PL and want to access the lounge when flying another airline you can give your Matmid number when entering the lounge and they will be able to see your status
