On tlv to us flights do you get just one carry on or one darry on and a laptop bag

Just got notification that TLV-YYZ on Aug 15 is switched to Privileged so they're still doing it.

They have given me a hard time with two bags, but have never actually stopped me. They just say something about "next time you can only bring one carry-on".

when paying for extra luggage, is the website supposed to work? After my cc#, it says something like oops.. payment did not work, try again.
And do they answer phones?

Daughter is flying on El Al BOS-TLV end of August. Can someone tell me how to find out if flight will be El Al metal and El Al service vs. Privilege Style? Dan published a table a few months ago (see link below) but I don't know where it came from (el al website but I can't find) or how I can find one for future flights. Thanks.

is it the new configuration with 3 rows of business class in the first section and 2 in the second section or the old configuration with 2 rows in the first section and 3 in the second section

Just flew tlv to newark. Stewardesses were extremely pleasant and friendly.
Both my entertainment system and my daughters did nit work. Stewardess tried to reset but did not work. Who should I write to to complain and what compensation is possible?

Anyone know if elal allow same day flight changes (4pm flight moving to the next day 12:15am flight) on award tickets?
