Anyone know if there are any kiosk's or place to get a sandwich or similar in LAX (airport itself)

Not that I know of.
You can ask for cereal, fruit, granola bars, or chips in the CO PC.
Or pay for a restaurant to deliver to LAX.

You'll probably have to pay for a taxi. Figure on $40 would be my guess.

Über delivers food from any restaurant you want? I thought they limit it to like a few selections from a few places.

Definitely United, but I'm sure the others probably also have. Best to check with the actual store to make sure they will have sandwiches when you need them. Some stores only get the deliveries by lunch time, IME.
